This privacy policy applies to the the application Jaded Art ("Application"), created by Jaded Bucket, LLC. The Application stores the following information (either locally, on iCloud, or both): 1) The names of the albums for the images. 2) A mathematical representation of any saved image. If the image included a photo from the camera or from the device's photo library, then neither the original photo nor a derived version of it are stored. The Application uses the following information: 1) Any information used to export a single image (e.g. exporting to Twitter or sending the image via an email message) is used directly to fulfill the export request and is no private information is stored by the Application. If the image is exported to a third party service (e.g. Twitter or Facebook), then the chosen third party service will have access to the image and the mathematical representation used to generate it. 2) When exporting an album, all information included in the album (including the album name) is sent to the selected export service (e.g. email). Any information required to send the album (e.g. an email address) are only used to send the request and is not stored by the Application. If the image is exported to a third party service, then the chosen third party service will have access to the album name(s), creation times of each image, and the mathematical representation of the image. You can opt out of any user information usage by not saving any images that you feel are too personal, choosing album names that don't include personal information, and by not using the image or album export features of the Application. Otherwise, you agree to have the information used as described in this document. This policy can be updated at any time and for any reason. It will most likely only be updated in cases of unintentional omission or in cases of new features being added (where those new features require user information). |
